    Simple questions,
    1. Do Australian (or any western) troops have sufficient drone protection?
    2. Do they need it?
    3. Given what we’ve seen in Ukraine, is best in class required for detection to enable kill/defeat systems or will the cheapest drone guns suffice?
    4. Has anyone else fulfilled this need yet?

The big scale buying hasn’t really started yet, so inferring a $33mil sale is a miracle seems premature.

I’d hazard a guess that initially night vision glasses were only sold to the special forces in what seemed like “small” batches, but now they are essential in every combat unit. They’re also now available on the civilian market too - yet it’s arguable on a risk matrix there’s a lot more imperative for anti drone tech than there will be for night vision tech - the consequences of not having it when needed are catastrophic. The moment Australian troops are deployed to an active combat zone they will require this tech and we’ll be likely called upon. Likely same for NATO.

The sales are coming, but we’re just at the start.
