I've noticed recently many of interviews in the media are with Chief Operating Officer, Ronan Gillen. We are hearing less of the Managing Director.
The COO certaily sounds a lot sharper with a stronger touch of realism than DP. I wonder if Ronan Gillen will be the next MD or maybe we need a bigger cultural shift and get someone external.
