Do you know how much the capital outlay is for a new telcom or Point of Presence? I know it varies but how significant is it. Do the FCT engineers need to go on site or can the set up be done remotely? It is not clear to me that the capital outlay and new telcom/new POP setup for international expansion will be a huge drain on cash. There are certainly costs associated with the international expansion including staffing, travel, and licensing . The domestic business growth does not appear to require additional large capital expenditures.
