Surprise surprise!!!.......shareholders just got wiped out.....They are asking shareholders to put in 6x the amount of capital they have left in the company....nobody in there right mind would do that...If you do take up the rights and are one of only a few who do then you may be in a situation where they have not raised enough cash to get out of trouble and end up going to the wall anyway.....I would wait until after the rights issue is done and then if it went well and the major shareholders have contributed then buy on market...much safer that way!!
