I don't think they will fall behind if all goes to plan.
But all it would take is another strike or anything and then they don't hit target.
Which wouldn't phase me under the old structure as it would still be undervalued.
But with the fine details in the agreement with the Chinese it can make a big difference and makes this riskier than it needs to be from a shareholder perspective.
