Not sure if your confused about the situation or if I don't understand what you have written. But production of 20650 barrels of oil for the June month was from those 24 out of 26 holes drilled.
They have a contract business drilling for other companies but it is mostly production from those 24 wells that are giving us the quarterly income.
They are drilling about 2-3 wells per month, and that is what is leading to the increased production.
