If they work like any other business, when 75 is 'reasonably in sight' they would restart KM given it's a forward delivery anyway and stockpiling ore isn't that expensive where they are. That could be quite a way forward of 75.
With spot moving from US$28/lb to US$33/lb, with momentum over a short period, it will be an interesting second half year.
