They never present a Plan B that assumes:
1) What if we never get rail access; and
2) What if we never get NWIO to build us a port at South West Creek.
Each time they present Plan A (rail access, port built, 46.5mtpa), which is a big problem, since the institutional investors don't believe their Plan A. Also there's a problem with KB's style over DF's. If DF was still there he'd probably be more capable of selling Plan A, while KB half-heartedly talks the Plan A talk but only walks Plan B.
