Why would you buy without knowledge of what the recap will entail? DML still need cash so I am assuming there will be a placement of circa $5+ mil. This price of which is not going to be far away from 4-5 cents. That about a 20% increase in number of shares.
I may be wrong but do not believe I will miss much waiting for some detail of what the recap brings.
