Hi Squidd, I think you should have a look at how many coal junior/explorers in Queensland today with rail (of majors) running beside them are now gathering dust and have no means of ever getting into production. To get port and rail access sometimes requires upfront money. If there is no project economics, it's very hard (not impossible) to even get over the first hurdle.
That 11MTA could possibly go to someone who can use it (if EQX can't - not saying so).
