EQX has signed agreements in place with the ROC Government for access to the rail and port.
The railway is state owned and access has been guaranteed. The railway is not privately owned.
Exxaro recently tried to gain full access to the infrastructure and were denied by the ROC Government as they have a multi-user policy.
It's basically the exact opposite of your QLD junior coal example.
Again, it may pay to do some research on the company.
