Hi Squidd, I believe there is the possibiity that Exxaro could appeal in the future to gain exclusive access.
At the end of the day, if idle capacity is not utilized (in the case EQX doesn't get up), then the one to lose would be the Congonese government.
I sense Exxaro may possibly have smelt blood.
