Hi Westcott, I think the issue with Equatorial (grade and project economics aside) is that the company's destiny may be indirectly determined by the decision of Exxaro of whether to progress their own project.
Investment made to the rail and port (for EQX puny output alone) may not be justifiable or fundable.
On the other hand Exxaro hads already requested exclusivity to the rail if they are to progess.
Either case, it seems the prevailing climate, uncertainty and what I see as a case of catch 22.
