NDO Directors , especially Phil Byrne, scammed the sale of the company too cheaply and got a handsome pay out ,leaving remaining shareholders to suffer a 90% drop in their share price in 12 months . The new owner with 97% of the company is a finance company and lent the company enough money at above market interest rates so as the company would not have any profits . Cunning . Legal . But not in remaining shareholders interest . My opinion only Do your own research . GGX I ENJOYED OWNING YEARS AGO AND LIKED THE STORY . I AM GLAD I SOLD . Now I watch from the sidelines in the hope it will come good again. Get some Euros out of France for messing GGX around and off you go again.Good luck.
