but I would be interested in shares as part of a take over. Would give my vote. (for any thing other than a coal mine, South American co or African Co.)
Say value MHM $3m add a private Co worth whatever if say $7m MHM shareholders get shares valued at 30% of the new enterprise which then sells off the boats and filters. achieves listing and goes on to make widgets or whatever.
Otherwise this dog just keeps going until the value is gone in directors fees. The Pending legal claim would be a bitch as would any other backhanded deals done by the previous #@$&.
