so they pay him to do who know's what (we all agree next to nothing so far), give him freebies as a director then because HE has a tax problem, shareholders finance it?! WHAT A JOKE. Legal or not, HOW ETHICAL is that you friggin shysters. Our value is going backwards and you are helping out the MD with HIS tax problems? Why didn't he go to his bank to fund it for him? Maybe coz they wouldn't in their right mind? So where does he turn to? ahhhhh yes, the company he runs managed to get some money out land sales ..... let's use that as a source of a personal loan.
