They thought they were at commercial flow rates back in Nov. The pumps weren't adequate to sustain the flow rate when the gas came on.
So they changed the pump set-up. It has taken them 8 months to get it back to where they were.
along the way they have run into higher productivity (once they have tweaked the wells / pumping set-up), and this has delayed things but will likely produce a better outcome in the end.
I dont think there is any more or less than that to explain the time frames.
A shielded approach would have been better with these narrower well bore's and jet-pumps,........ but hindsight is a great thing.
