seems to be a contentious point re how long the the gas needs to flow for above a pilot commercial rate before a) a gas flow rate will be released and b) conmmwrcial viability is confirmed by stx.....
also was keen to hear 'what' pilot rate you think is required before commercial viability is declared by stx?
