i think stx would announce any STABLE commercial flow asap. no news suggests a stable rate has not yet been met inho. the sp will likely come under continued pressure as no news will likely be perceived as bad news which is probably fair enough given all the delays suffered by LT holders.

imho an update is not far off but may not bring the inmediate joy sought. if k3 was to max out before a commercial stable rate can be declared then stx still have a plan b which is k4. hard thing to swallow is that with hind sight, k4 should have been plan a all along... on a v positive note, k4 is a friggin good plan b to have (already up and running in parallel to plan a)!
