we mostly agree, the critical word in there is "modular"...which I interpret as being a standardised assembly that can be repeatedly added.
Knowing how conservative STX are with money I don't see them getting way ahead of themselves and spending buckets of their cash on a processing plant that will take years to ramp up to full utilization....not unless someone with bigger pockets (who wants a piece of the action) is willing to pay for it!
