If you look closely, I agree not huge volume but this stock has been pushed down since 2010 every time it looks like holding .another seller knocks the price down, The seller is not always displayed first, it pops up and a sale is recorded, This is very typical of some one controlling the buying and selling, possibly his own stock or someone close to him or her.
I agree I think management may want to hang on tight to their chairs maybe a board spill could do this coy some good.
