Interesting that no detail provided on the revenue, i.e. Intervision sub revenue, number of watches sold etc.

If you go back to the presentations pre listing, it stated Intervision was doing about $70k per mth from ~2000 subscribers ($210k per quarter). That can be seen I think in the prev quarterly in revenues (~280k for jan to mar). The prospectus also had higher proforma revenues of the 3 merged entities

However, when I researched Intervision, and have posted this previously, Ellas US advised that Intervision were no longer their aust agent, and this would imply most/all of that revenue for greek Tv has probably gone back in Feb (But no ann I could find from IOT).

Why can't IOT post the details on the businesses like they did pre listing?

Intervision (current subscribers and month rev)
OK (number of watches sold in the qtr)
Roam- e pre-orders

The 1/2 yearly fin reports will be interesting - this is a very very light set of data to provide shareholders in this document
