Even if approvals weren't ultimately received subject to the other conditions precedents they would still have the right to convert the loan to KDR shares, which according to most here are going to be valuable whatever the case. Lets call it risk management, who the hell knows why they have taken that approach. Yes there is more work to be done, yes there were going to be cash flow issues and yes they will be sufficient valuable product to make this work. It is the same as any mining project.
