Even if approvals weren't ultimately received subject to the other conditions precedents they would still have the right to convert the loan to KDR shares, which according to most here are going to be valuable whatever the case. So yes this loan is imminent as is most of the above
And yes it gives me a lot of faith that SQM will send this amount through UNSECURED and BEFORE the final docs are completed
