    The section commenting on Financing is the only real piece of interest imo. Significant progress I admit! However, have a quick glance over the initial Headlines. In particular, the "way off" timilines!!! Almost query whether or not these were typos.. The article was dated @ top later than speculated timelines given in body? What's that about ffs?
