Looking at the 2016 annual report our CEO was paid USD1,630,322 ($766,260 in cash, rest in shares) for the 2015/2016 year. Assuming he has gone and new one replaced at a similar wage if I was the CEO I would be sitting there smiling no matter how the company was going. Having USD30 million in the Yowie bank I would have a few years of this gravy train left to run before jumping ship.
To think they "sitting hiding under a desk" afraid of shareholders... I highly doubt that.
