The board is still on the hunt for a value accredited acquisition... I would imagine Eckhof will jump in then. David (our ceo) Is in top 20 share holders.
Management will not buy just anything, the acquisition naturally needs to be of significant value and close to commercial viability... in the meantime kempfield is looking more world class everyday... so an acquisition would be a massive bonus to ARD, the board has a great history of acquiring value assets.
