OTC doesn't matter at all until there is volume. Someone selling less than $1,500 is probably not going to be a person of significance.
The "barometer" of how well their message is getting out into the mainstream should be the ASX stock. No one serious is going to enter the OTC listing because it has no liquidity whatsoever.
