As I was following the patent related discussions, I found an interesting patent.
The one shot camera for artificial intelligence fuction by using neuromorphic chip

This seems to be a company in Korea and the related patent seems to aim at the smart city plan in Korea.
I haven't found much about it yet.
I am not aware of any other neuromorphic chip ready for the market.
Any opinions?
