Your entitled to your opinion but that is exactly what it is opinion not fact.

Quarterly reports can be manipulated (not stating thats the case here) to give an impression of a business to pretend otherwise is nieve in my opinion.

But lets deal in facts management in case of takeover are entitled to payout in full including future bonuses they would under normal circumstances gave to wait for and achieve a performance benchmark to get.

To not recognise this fact is again nieve in my opinion.
