    Yes, the Alliance agreement has me perplexed hamburger. ... Mineral Resources must be laughing. We pay them $3.1 million for being in breach of the Ts and Cs of the SID, and they (as per the report) have advanced us $4 million of working capital for the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the lithium and manganese operations. ... Good economics for CE ! Not sure how the alliance agreement will sit with Gina ... But then I’ve been feeling for a while that this play is more collaboration than competition between the big 3 (+ our bod).... Hope I’m wrong.
