    We need $4mil to cover the expenses for this quarter.

    Cash $500k
    Current Debts -$2.25mil
    Bank overdraft facility $1.7+$0.4 = $2.1mil
    ATO R&D $3.4mil in August

    I would say we have just enough cash to cover this quarter, assuming no payment for the $2.25mil bank debts ..
