Nothing unusual for this share. If you look carefully at its history over 2018, you will see that it was always volatile and specifically dropping when there were no news for quite some time. Reminds me a bit of "pump and dump" although I don't think it is applicable here.
The company does not generate profit, hence short term profit seekers begin to sell when "pumping" with news ends. Back in January - June period the share fell from 4.5 cents to 1 cent due to lack of convincing news.
