    Sorry I didn't answer your question in my last post (just corrected my numbers from the previous post)

    The net debt is the difference between loans (secured and unsecured) less the liquid assets (cash, bullion and inventories, investments) at hand. The operating current liabilities are those the company expects to settle in its normal trading cycle.

    I found the accounting definition when I was discussing WPG's June quarterly in 2017.
