PTX is probably one of the simplest stocks I hold. With $9.6m cash as at last Q they are cash backed to 2.4c per share. If they royally screw up on PTX-200 then you probably lose 50% or so before getting to the door, quite likely less given that they would still have PTX-100. By bio standards I'd consider this 'safe'
On the other had you have a number or irons in the fire, a successful result from any could be the initiator for a 5-10 bag run

PTX-200 - AML (Ph1b readout Q3/Q4 2019)
PTX-200 - OVARIAN (Ph1b readout Q4 2019)
PTX-100 - RhoA & Ras MUTANT CANCERS (Ph1b readout Q2 2020)
While it's not one I will mortgage the house for it's pretty compelling as a risk v's reward play down here.
