They would have 25mil in the bank when they make another promise about the hard capsule. The announcement has zero new information.

“Our goal is to progress towards commercialisation and with our proprietary final dose formcapsules developed, we look forward to having our first product line ready for clinical trialstowards the end of 2019.”

So people now look to end of 2019 for the hard capsules to materialise. If they don't come, good luck to those heavily bought into this company. And even if they come, it's only for trial which may take 2 years to finish. I doubt they would do early access scheme along side with the trials. It would be crazy if they consider early access scheme as "the trial". They still have no plan for the clinical trial even though they claim that the capsules will be available in max 5 months.
