Its plain from this though that the work is for GvHD only and the "rights to certain other conditions" is unlikely to be exercised in this tranche. Its indicating the discussions with WARF centre around use for GvHD. That is disappointing because it means the relatively low up-front is all we are likely to see here come September.
This is too slow a crawl. I would have hoped for a greater commitment from FujiFilm than this. Ross needs to get some other interest from other parties to get Fuj to get off the pot. Perhaps Fuj's new found friend Bayer would be amenable to buying in on CLI or Osteo? And what the hell is going on with Celularity?
