The company would need to tick lots of boxes before they would be allowed to announce that they are going to build a mine. I think the ASX would intervene if they did so, now. PMY were picked on by ASX recently for providing some minor detail ASX thought was lacking proper substantiation.
But I agree with Cumberland that there will be lots of action and announcements over the next 1-2 years, beginning with the magnetic survey results in a week or so. This all should provide much excitement to the market. The only scenario for no excitement would be consistently disappointing drilling results, which is possible but highly unlikely.
