Great now we know why no partners were found. The capital costs will be significantly higher. That’s the only reason why pep takes another 3 months. At least this mystery is uncovered. The sp will suffer big time I suppose.
also makes sense now why we have seen bigger volumes lately. Some people obviously knew about the cost issue
