    @GasBaron Just to clarify, what makes sense to me is to prepare a realistic and credible strategy, get experience needed too.

    I do not agree you change out the existing Board or CEO etc as you will loose way to much valuable experience.

    Even though this might be a valid emotional reaction it might not be a logical one.

    Logos must rule Pathos.
