Maybe they had to incur the cost but it seems insane since no one has been to site in last 6 months..... so why $3.5m cost
when we come back to the site in 10 years are we going to have to put up $3.5m again to assemble the equipment
hahahahaha now that I think about it what proof do you we have that anyone even went on site.....
