PMC has been relying on its past performance for a very long, almost too long, time. They're still backing the "valhe" factor, but no-one is sure it hasn't been mined out by algorithmic trading. It also appears that you are shorting the likes of Tesla. Sure, they sound overpriced based on previous standard measures but the world is changing.
I believe there is a chance that value will return, but I'm not sure that your shorting strategy is making sense. Good luck, I still have funds in PMC.
