me 2. I held years ago, sold out, bought back in because I thought they were close but sold out again early this year or late last year.

It was a good choice because I’ve doubled my money on VMT, and now I have a good amount to buy back in. But should i?

I’m concerned about the coronavirus impact. I’m concerned about their ability to get agents to switch to rent pay. Tbh I think they need to move away from agents and encourage landlords to ditch agents and manage their property through rent.com,au. That would be the real “disruption” the market has been waiting for but rent, com,au seem adverse to that.

They’ve never been his close to break even, about 24 months later than promised IIRC, the real potential is Rent Pay but I’m not sure how they’re going to get people to switch. I tried to switch and they said they’d contact my agency. Never heard a thing. Also, there are fees involved, vs the no fee payments I make now. Lots of questions I guess.
