reviewing the new cap rates I still feel they are too low, so valuations will come off next review. They had Super Regionals at 3.88% and City Centre 4.81% after the new Vals. I'd be more comfortable we take a bigger hit now and have SR at 4.2% and CC at 5.2%. I'd like to see the current comps the Valuers used.
