One much larger company in REH that I've had for more than a decade ahd an extraordinary AGM at its Burwood, Vic HQ about three years ago.
Not all the Directors were there. Apart from me, there were between five and 10 non-family shareholders. The Chairman said the meeting had to wrap up after questions and voting promptly as they had a Board meeting. Total focus on moving the business forward.
So if SNL is similar - terrific. No ostentation (but plenty of 'thicker' bank balances as a result of its day-to-day operations).
