The company tax rate is generally 30% but there has been some adjustment to that in recent years. I'm not sure of the exact figures, but it is something like if a company earns less than $10 million profit the tax rate was about 27% , but it may have dropped to 26%. I got caught out a few years back after submitting my taxes, I then got re-issued dividends notices with the new company tax rate and amended franking credits. My accountant just about had a fit.
