Interesting company - got some good short term potential -
- Nicely held share register - tight but liquidity evident- National project
- Cap raise needed given cash on hand ain't equating to project share of contribution
I dare say some back-to-back news flow is to come to bump up the cap raise price.
Good entry around the 0.7/0.8c mark, I'd be optimistic for news flow to bring this up to previous highs of 1.3/1.4c and a raise around 1c. Might be good to sell 25-50% before and free carry into the drilling program.
Price target pre-drill around 1.9-2.1c based on other speccy market caps in FYE19 & 20. Might try come up with a NPV at some stage.
