Frankly the announcements lack substance and achievement . Commentators keep saying they are not in competition with REA and Domain but in fact they are seeking subscribers and the offering for tenants lacks substance and is too expensive.
The way to move forward is as follows
1. Offer Rent Pay to Real Estate Franchisors for free
2. Obtain a large database via daily competitions , tenants can win a weeks free rent .
3. Obtain marketing dollars from advertisers and provide free services for tenants and paid services or combination
Trying to skim off money off a tenant is a banking model not property technology game
Frankly the announcements lack substance and achievement ....
