I think you are spot on there, that entire area subject to an incredible amount of drilling on all the land areas, and there are only so many drilling rigs to go around! Just needs one delay and then it starts to delay others as you have noted.
Nothing to be alarmed about just need to wait a little longer, it will be worth it!
