Gut feel is there is a lot of passionate negative voices with no holdings (why spend so much time if it is a no hoper).
The late stage arbitrage is huge. Undoubtedly many aul holders are exiting for cash rather than the less certain scrip deal.
However, I am in aul as gold is attractive Due to high govt deficits, Alaska and Victoria are attractive gold exploration jurisdictions.
wrm is probably oversold as to sell even at 44.5c and buy back at 37.8c (aul 29.5*/.78) is a 17% return for any wrm shareholders.
wrm will likely weaken a bit more after the deal goes through as ex aul shareholders sell but will be coiled for a rebound on any good news in next 6-12 months.
